Product Description:
Deburring brushes have nylon crimped-wire bristles to smooth and remove excess material from the edges of machined workpieces. Crimped wire is flexible and conforms to contoured surfaces. Nylon bristles are flexible and suited for plastic, aluminum, brass, and copper. Nylon bristles also offer improved safety compared to wire filament bristles, which are sharp and may fall off during operation. Wheel brushes clean with the edge perpendicular to the workpiece.
