Cylinder Brushes

Cylinder brushes are long, tubular brushes that mount onto conveyors to clean the conveyor belt and clean, brush, and position items as they move along the belt. Also known as rotary brushes, coil brushes, and spiral brushes, cylinder brushes each consist of a strip brush wrapped around a cylindrical core. Brushes with shorter bristles are stiffer and are good for aggressive applications such as heavy cleaning. Brushes with longer bristles are more flexible and are suitable for gentle applications such as positioning light objects or dusting. Cylinder brushes are commonly used in product sorting and moving, pharmaceutical, food industry, printing, packaging, and material handling applications.
