Brush Tables

Brush tables are gentler on conveyed items with delicate surface finishes than ball transfer tables and other types of conveyors. Also known as panel brushes, they consist of densely spaced staple set brush bristles mounted on a flat block. They are installed individually or in groups in conveying systems to support and position glass panels, finished wood, sheet metal, and other materials with delicate surface finishes that must be preserved during conveying. Brush tables may be integrated into moving parts of conveyor systems, or they can be used in static positioning zones for infeeding, outfeeding, or transferring items from one part of a conveyor system to another.
