Product Description:
Deburring brushes have abrasive nylon crimped-wire bristles that smooth and remove excess material from the edges of machined workpieces. Abrasive nylon bristles are embedded with a coarse material along the entire length that continuously exposes fresh abrasive for a consistent surface finish. Nylon bristles are flexible and best suited for plastic, aluminum, brass, and copper. They offer improved safety compared to wire filament bristles, which are sharp and can fall off during use. Wheel brushes clean with the edge perpendicular to the workpiece.
